Pistachio Delight Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of Cream Cheese, allowed to soften at room temperature
  • A small package of Instant Pistachio Pudding
  • 1 full 20-ounce can of Crushed Pineapple, inclusive of juice. Do not drain.
  • 1 cup of Miniature Marshmallows. The color is optional, but we used white.
  • 1 small 8-ounce container of Cool Whip whipped topping.
  • A pie crust of your choosing. We prefer the taste of a Nilla Wafer crust.

Instructions

First Phase: Start by blending the softened cream cheese and the pistachio pudding mix in a medium-sized bowl until the mixture is light and airy. Following this, integrate the canned crushed pineapple and its juice, beating the mixture once again until well incorporated.

Second Phase: Next, introduce the miniature marshmallows, folding them gently into the mixture. Continue to fold in the Cool Whip whipped topping, ensuring that it’s completely amalgamated into the mixture.

Third Phase: Empty the entire mix into your chosen pie crust, spreading it evenly to ensure a uniform layer.

Fourth Phase: Place the pie in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours before serving to allow it to set and enhance the flavors.

This decadent Pistachio Delight Pie can be garnished with a topping of your choice, or simply enjoyed as is. It’s a versatile dessert that’s sure to delight your taste buds!
