  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
